Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any services provided by marisco ("we," "us," or "our") through the website marisco.shop (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering for a webinar, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with marisco. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and paying subscribers. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Platform independently. If you are under that age, you may only use the Platform with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all applicable eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Account Creation
Certain features of the Platform require you to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your account with any third party. You must notify us immediately at info@marisco.shop if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.3 One Account Per User
Each individual may maintain only one active account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, access promotional offers, or for any other reason is strictly prohibited.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not:

- Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorization;

- Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful software;
- Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated data collection without express written permission;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Harass, abuse, defame, or threaten other users or members of our staff;
- Use the Platform to advertise or promote third-party products or services without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its infrastructure;
- Bypass, disable, or circumvent any technical measures or access controls implemented on the Platform.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio recordings, video recordings, course materials, webinar content, software, and compilation of the foregoing (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of marisco or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws worldwide.
5.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include any right to download, copy, reproduce, or distribute Content unless explicitly permitted.
5.3 User-Submitted Content
If you submit, upload, or otherwise make available any content on the Platform (including comments, questions, or discussion posts), you grant marisco a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Webinars and Live Events
6.1 Registration and Access
Access to live webinars and events may require separate registration or payment. Enrollment in a webinar constitutes your agreement to any additional terms or policies applicable to that specific event.
6.2 Recording and Replay
We may record live sessions for replay, archival, or promotional purposes. By participating in a live session, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Any recordings remain the exclusive property of marisco.
6.3 Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing live and recorded content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not liable for technical issues on your end.
6.4 Cancellation of Events
We reserve the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel any webinar or event at any time. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered participants and to offer alternative access or, where appropriate, a refund in accordance with our refund policy.
7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
7.1 Fees
Certain content and services on the Platform are available on a paid basis. All applicable fees are displayed prior to purchase. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select, including any applicable taxes.
7.2 Subscriptions
Where subscription plans are offered, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.
7.3 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria set forth in that policy.
7.4 Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, you must contact us at info@marisco.shop within 30 days of the charge. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it carefully.
9. Third-Party Links and Services

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the Platform. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by marisco.
10. Disclaimers
10.1 Educational Content
All content provided on the Platform, including materials related to contract law, is intended for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified legal professional. marisco makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any content to your specific circumstances.
10.2 Platform Availability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, marisco, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount paid by you to marisco in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00), whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless marisco and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or misuse of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform.
13. Termination
13.1 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
13.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at info@marisco.shop. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid unless otherwise required under our Refund Policy.
13.3 Survival
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.
14. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in the English language under widely recognized arbitration rules agreed upon by both parties. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements or policies incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and marisco with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
19. Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. A waiver of any particular breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
